What is an Editor-At-Large?

Editors-at-Large are graduate students and early-career researchers who contribute to the Toynbee Prize Foundation’s Global History platform. This is done through interviews, book reviews, roundtables, conference and archival reflections, as well as short-form essays, and other editorial projects.

The position offers an opportunity to engage with current debates in global history, connect with scholars across the field, and help shape the conversations featured on the Foundation’s website.

We welcome applicants whose work reflects a strong interest in global, international, transnational, comparative, or world history, and who are eager to contribute thoughtful, timely, and accessible editorial content.
